Bonding foam to foam, foam to fabric, or fabric to fabric, hot melt adhesives are the right choice, but depending on the application, for same reason water based or solvent based can be used – all with great tackle, short or long open time depending on request, feed system and application. Foam scrap binders are well known in use for rebonded foam, which helps the reusability of the foam and also offering special properties to end products – like hardness to the mattress with a high density layer or other properties.
